The valve is initially in the opening state and once the pump begins to operate,
the flush valve is operated by the pumped water and sprays foreign materials
stacked up at the bottom of a casing.

Since the internal pressure of the flush valve drops if the flush continues
for a few seconds, the film at the bottom of the flush valve is expanded and
therefore the ball at the bottom goes up and blocks the waterway of the flush.

Once the waterway is blocked, since the pump casing continues to be blocked by
the internal pressure, there is no leaking.
In other words, the flush valve is completely closed.

Once the pump stops operation, since the pressure acting on the flush valve
disappear, the ball goes back to its original position by its own weight.
